Golf simulator automation

Book it, and the building runs itself.

Every booking gets its own door code by text. The bay’s plug, TV and PC come on before the session and shut down gracefully after. Put the lock on your own network and the codes cost nothing a month — and keep working when the internet does not.

Door codes, included

One code per booking

Made an hour before the session, checked on the lock, texted at the time you set, and removed thirty minutes after. A cancel takes it back at once.

No lock subscription

A Z-Wave keypad lock through Home Assistant on your own network: no cloud in the path and no monthly fee. UniFi Access and RemoteLock work too.

If a lock fails, you know

A code the lock did not take is never texted on its own — a standing backup code goes with it and you are told. When the code is used, the booking shows the customer arrived.

The bays follow the booking

A facility can run fully unstaffed, fully staffed, or both: a staffing calendar decides when the counter takes over. One purchase, no monthly fee, and nothing per bay or per door. Count what you pay now.

Every page below is the real software on a made-up facility. Nothing is charged, sent or unlocked, and the login is next to each one.

Questions

Can a golf simulator facility really run unstaffed?

Yes. Booking, payment and the waiver happen online before arrival. Each booking gets its own door code, the bay powers on before the session, and everything shuts down gracefully after.

Do door codes need a monthly lock subscription?

No. A Z-Wave keypad lock through Home Assistant talks to the unit over the facility's own network - no monthly fee and no cloud in the path. UniFi Access and RemoteLock are supported too.

What happens if the internet goes down?

A lock on your own network keeps taking codes from the unit inside the building, so codes already made keep working.

When does the customer get the code?

At the time you set - fifteen minutes before by default. A booking made at the last minute gets its code within a few minutes, once the lock has confirmed it.
