When you book a session we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information (processed by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers). If you choose to receive text messages, we also record your mobile number and your SMS consent.
Your mobile phone number and consent record are collected through an optional, never pre-selected checkbox on our booking form, and are used solely to send transactional messages about your booking: booking confirmations, session reminders, door access codes, and cancellation notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
Message frequency varies (typically 2 to 5 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. If you do not opt in, your booking details and door code are sent to your email address instead.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in and consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share limited information only with service providers who act solely on our instructions to operate this service - our payment processor (to process your payment), our email provider (to send your confirmations and door code), and our SMS provider (solely to transmit your booking texts to you). These providers are prohibited from using your information for their own purposes, including marketing.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
